    Simply pay securely via PayPal, you'll be contacted via email. The one-on-one online or phone session will be conducted via email, Skype, MSN/Yahoo Messenger and phone calls.
     
  6. How do I order a PowerPoint Presentation?
    Simply choose a presentation and pay securely online, a confirmation will be emailed.  If you do not want to pay online, you can mail a check to our address. Please include your email and contact information.
     
  7. Why do you charge a "Shipping/Handling" fee for online orders?
    Yes, there will be a one time processing fee for all online orders. PayPal shopping cart will indicate the fee as "Shipping/Handling" charge. Fees may vary.
     
  8. How can I book an on-site seminar, executive briefing or presentation for my company or organization?
    Simply tell us what your goals are and we'll design a program for your specific needs. We'll travel and deliver the workshop to you!
     
  9. What payment method do you accept?
    We accept business check and money order. Paypal and major credit cards are also welcome.
     
  10. How do you charge consulting fees?
    Billing for our services can be structured to meet the needs of the individual client and may include hourly basis, retainer basis and project basis.
